.eps
-An .eps is a vector image of your logo. This means you can
make it as big or as small as you like without compromising
print quality. it is also the file you can manipulate should you
ever need to make changes to your logo.
.jpg & .gif
-A .jpg is perfect for use on the Internet. Since it has a much
lower resolution than an .eps and cannot be enlarged without
losing design detail it is not recommended for printing. A .gif is
another low resolution file, great for web and computer use.
.tif
-A .tif can be used for basic printing and transferring digital
images among various applications, like Word, Excell,
Powerpoint, and Outlook.
.bmp
-A .bmp file is a format used by Windows. This format also has
a lower resolution.
.ico
-An .ico file is what your home computer recognizes to place a
graphic on your desktop or in a file folder to individualize that
particular link or file. With an .ico file, should you save business
documents on your computer, you can put those documents
under your business' own personalized logo!
